Listen Up America!

America, Listen Up The post office is not a profit center - it is a service, it is a service supplied by us to us! In other words, paid for by our tax dollars - It is a service we pay for because it is an intrical part of us conducting business. We use this service to communicate, with -  family to family, business to business, Family to business and business to family. Prior to the internet it is still a very very very important service that is supplied to us by us - by our tax dollars. It was never designed to be a profit center.  Over the last 20 or so years the post office has taken a bad wrap.I don’t know why? it appears to me that they are doing a great job. Who is saying they are doing a bad job? What matrix are they using to determine this? I have been using the post office all my life “at least 40 years” and I can remember very few times they didn’t get it right, whereas UPS and FedEx have more times than not lost or misdelivered or missed their delivery window...

Lessons to the younger Salesman in me - From the Older mentor in me

Today I had the privilege of training a new sales person at Bob Rohrman Subaru. I have to say, I was surprised they asked me to help because I don't consider myself to be the most skilled salesman at the property but I have to admit, I was flattered. Go into banking or Financial planning, because you will eventually go broke, get burned out and have no future. You only survive i...

So I decided to start writing a blog today. My objective, educate the general public on car buying and to answer questions I hear all the time as a professional in the auto sales industry. I will be discussing cars sales in general, specifically for the state of Indiana, since car buying rules/laws change slightly from state to state. I am not a lawyer nor do I hold a Jurist Doctorate Degree, my information will be based on my personal and professional experience and reference material I will note either in the footnotes or directly in the paragraph. I will however be as honest as I possibly can in this blog, so if I show a considerable lack of knowledge on a specific subject, well that is because I don't know anything about it and I’m trying not to BS you (and I was too lazy to look up the answer), this is my attempt at dry humor. If any of you have questions or comments you can contact me at anthony.turner@anthonytsellscars.com That brings me to my subject of the day. 1) ...
